OSS Tools

GNO has a number of Operational Support Systems ( OSS) that Service Providers can use. These platforms have been adapted to work with various Service Providers over the last 5 years. The type and scope of the OSS platforms varies greatly and more details can be asked for. Here are some current examples of OSS tools available.

Class 4 voice switch - Erlang utilisation reports. Nortel DMS 100 , 250, GSP, Ericsson AXE 10

SDH Element managers- Nortel Tn series , Alcatel 16xx series , Marconi SMH , Nokia , ECI Telecom

Inventory Tools-  GNO uses various methods to capture and store network inventory data from Service Providers, more details on request.

CDR Databases- GNO has the ability to capture billing records and use the CDR data to report on performance by route , destination or service group. 

Next Generation Transport - GNO has currently deployed platforms to monitor CWDM / DWDM and Gigabit ethernet
