Trouble Ticket System
GNO will assign you a secure, personal user ID and password. You can also opt to receive an email notification when any of your fault calls are closed down by the GNO shift team . The email will contain information from the TT system , fault call identification including a unique TT number and specific detail of what was originally reported, who did the work, when it was carried out, and what was done to resolve the fault. This is a free service as part of your total GNO managed service. Automated escalation and monthly statistical data is standard as part of the GNO TT system.
